By accessing or using Pawpoy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service provides

Pawpoy provides pet food ingredient scanning, pet health record tracking, and AI-generated safety assessments for pet food products. The Service is intended for general informational purposes only.

Not veterinary advice

The Service does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, including scan verdicts, ingredient assessments, and AI-generated responses, is general educational information only.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet. Do not rely on Pawpoy verdicts as a substitute for professional veterinary care.

Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating a pet profile.
  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service's content or systems.

Credits and payments

Scans require credits. Free accounts receive 5 credits on signup. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

Accuracy disclaimer

While we maintain a curated ingredient database and apply AI analysis, we cannot guarantee that every scan verdict is accurate or complete. Ingredient databases may not cover every product or formulation. We are not responsible for decisions made based on scan results.

Intellectual property

All content, logos, and software in the Service are owned by Pawpoy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawpoy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on scan verdicts or health data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pawpoy operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
